Exchange Policy: 

We hope you like the products you order. However, if an item does not suit you, you can exchange it for the same item in another size, another color or any other item from the Atelier La Pomme.

 

Before making a return, you must contact our customer service by email at: atelierlapomme@gmail.com within 10 working days of receiving your package. By this email, you must inform us of the reason for your return in order to obtain confirmation from us. Without this confirmation no return will be accepted.

The product must not have been used nor the garment worn in order to be returned to us. You have a period of 7 working days following the return confirmation to return the package to us in appropriate and secure packaging.

You must return the item(s) to us with your receipt and indicate on it the item(s) you wish to receive in return (name, size, color), having previously confirmed availability with us by email.

Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part on the goods shipped (manufacturing defect, delivery error, etc.).

Refund Policy: 

No refund is possible except in the following cases:

- The product goes out of stock during the processing of the order

- The product received has a manufacturing defect that we had not noticed

- Other reason deemed relevant by our customer service

The refund will then be made directly to your credit card used during the order transaction within 2 to 5 working days.
